Fighting for you for a decade.
Daughter of an immigrant single mother. Antitrust economist. Led the movement for a transparent Beacon Hill.
Why I Ran
Before I ran for office, I worked as an antitrust economist. My job was to analyze the damage companies cause when they break the rules of the market (rules that are already rigged in their favor). I saw firsthand how corporations control government and squeeze working people.
I did not just study it. I did something about it. I co-founded Act on Mass, a statewide grassroots organization that built a movement for legislative transparency. Together we blocked a $37 million corporate tax break that had been slipped into the budget, helped secure $1.5 billion for public schools, and forced the State House to start voting on the record!
I ran because I know what it feels like when your life gets smaller and no one in power seems to notice. I ran to make sure someone in the room is fighting for you.
"Growing up the daughter of an immigrant single mother taught me compassion, hard work, and dedication. I bring those lessons with me every day in service to this community."
— ErikaWhat I Have Delivered
When we organize and demand better, we win. Free school meals for every public school student. Doubled local affordable housing funding. Ended predatory brokers' fees.
We invested in the MBTA and our public schools with the Fair Share Amendment. Blocked Project 2025 poison pills from getting snuck into a climate bill. Investigated the governor's OpenAI contract to protect our data and our privacy.
What is Next
I am running for State Senate because what I am fighting for — fair rents, honest energy bills, standing up to ICE, safe neighborhoods, a government that works for you — needs a voice in the chamber where these issues are decided. Not for you. With you.
What we have delivered. Not promises. Results.
Forced Beacon Hill Into the Open
I fought to put every vote on the public record. That is how we caught the corporate polluter bill and stopped it.
Killed a $37M Corporate Tax Break
They slipped $37 million for corporations into the budget. We found it. We killed it.
Paid Family & Medical Leave
4.7 million workers can now take care of their families without losing their jobs. Business groups said it would destroy the economy. It passed. The economy is fine.
Killed the Brokers' Fee Scam
I wrote the bill to end the $2,000 brokers' fee scam. The Governor signed it. Done.
Fair Share Amendment
Incomes over $1 million now pay a 4% surtax that goes straight to our schools and our T. Every dollar where it belongs.
Reproductive Freedom
The day Roe fell, I had legislation ready. We codified abortion access while 22 other states tore it down. We did not wait.
